Facebook Ads

We built out several target audiences within each major area with new home communities. Within each audience, we ran several different ad creative to test how different audiences responded.

The audience and ad creative testing allowed us to optimize for the best performers and drive the highest ROI for lead generation.

To keep the Coldwell Banker name top-of-mind, we built out several display ad campaigns that retargeted website visitors. This helped to create brand recognition and to get those users back for viewing more new homes.

We also built out several custom affinity audiences for people in the market for a new home so we can drive new traffic with display ads.

Email Marketing

As we ran marketing campaigns, we built out several lead generation strategies to drive email captures for further engagement and nurturing.

From there, we built out several automated email series segmented by location, price range, and the number of beds/baths to completely personalize the communication being sent to email subscribers.
