OpenBlooms is a specialty floral shop that delivers fresh and beautiful flower arrangements 7-days a week to residents across Virginia, Maryland, and D.C.

The Challenge

OpenBlooms needed to build a social advertising strategy that was profitable and scalable so they could drive more awareness and increase sales.

Solution #1

Facebook Ads

Initially we tackled setting up robust targeting testing on Facebook going after several different audiences to see what users would engage and shop. We built out several pieces of ad creative using their beautiful photography of their products and initiated A/B test to learn the best combination of audiences and ad creative that resonated with users.

Solution #2

Instagram Ads

We amplified our success from Facebook and pushed their ads over to the Instagram platform to engage with new users with a more visual interface. The success translated well and further pushed the success onto the second platform.

Solution #3

Remarketing Ads

On both Facebook and Instagram, we setup advanced eCommerce event tracking through the Facebook pixel which allowed us to retarget several audiences that visited, browsed, and abandoned their carts to bring customers back and close more sales.
