Tetra Therapeutics is a research and pharmaceutical lab dedicated to discovering treatment options for cognitive impairment. Their advance drug research is helping patients across the globe get better treatment options for Alzheimer’s Disease as well as Fragile X Syndrome.

The Challenge

Generate leads of home buyers to come view the collection of new homes offered by Coldwell Banker. Connect these home buyers with local agents to support their home buying journey.

Social Media Advertising

Step 1 was to build out a robust social media advertising campaign. We built out several target audiences within each major area with new home communities. Within each audience, we ran several different ad creative to test how different audiences responded.

We tracked the performance of each target audience and ad creative within each market and continued to optimize for driving the largest quantity of leads for their team of agents.

Display Ads

To keep the Coldwell Banker name top-of mind, we built out several remarketing ads that showcased to web visitors as they browsed other websites to create brand recognition and to get those users back for viewing more new homes.

We also built out several custom affinity audiences for people on the market for a new home and served several display and gmail ads to peak their interest in looking at new communities with Coldwell Banker.

Search Optimization

To help drive organic reach, we audited their website for technical SEO opportunities and built out a robust content database of new home communities, home plans, and inventory listings so the website was filled with valuable information for home buyers.

By building up content on the website, we drove up organic rankings and saw an increase in overall organic traffic to the site.
